Attorney Courtney Kazembe of Toronto, CAN; bigoted misogynist

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedCourtney Akinwale Kazembe with a law license in after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Ontario found Courtney guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made unwelcome sexually suggestive and/or obscene comments
• Made unwelcome inquiries about A.B’s sex life
• Made unwelcome sexual advances and/or propositions and used sexually degrading words to describe women of Japanese origin
• Made discriminatory comments about A.B. who is from India
• Engaged in unwanted touching of a sexual nature

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Courtney by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Courtney and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.kazembelaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
