Attorney Ryan Spencer of Louisburg, NC; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented Ryan A. Spencer with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from North Carolina State University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Ryan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ryan found it accepted to divert a fee received from a client to himself, rather than to his law firm employer, which was entitled to the fee.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Ryan practices his so-called brand of law at 206 Cottrell Drive in Louisburg, North Carolina.
