Judge Barbara Stalder of Houston, TX; bullying loser
The state of Oklahoma provided Barbara Jean Ric Stalder with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Houston School of Law.
The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Barbie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others who were unfortunate enough to have to appear in her so-called court
-
Failed to accord to every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person's lawyer, the right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)
-
Failed require compliance with due process procedures by court personnel subject to the Barbie’s direction and control
-
Engaged in willful conduct clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of her duties or that casts public discredit upon the judiciary
-
Improperly instructed her bailiff on at least two occasions to take an attorney into custody and physically shackle the attorney to the jury box during an ongoing hearing taking place in a full courtroom
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits and Felons sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Barbie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2022), Barbie practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a 280th District Court Judge in Houston, Texas.
