Solicitor David Cleland of South Australia; dimwitted loser

The Law Society presented David Cleland with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Guilty of unsatisfactory conduct
• Failed in fiduciary duty to his aunt
• Improperly handled Aunt’s $730,000.00 estate
• Drafted wills and a codicil were labelled ignorant
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $50,000.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 208 Carrington Street in Adelaide, South Australia.
