Solicitor Aaron Kernaghan of New South Wales; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Aaron Noel Kernaghan with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to honor an undertaking
• Committed various trust monies breaches concerning multiple clients and events
• Failed over a lengthy period to meet his practice’s fiscal obligations, namely with respect to taxation
• Failed to comply with costs disclosure obligations
• Failed to pay a tax invoice of an expert

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Aaron practices his so-called brand of law with Paladin Law with Kernaghan & Associates Pty Ltd at 2 Coombe Street in Wollongong, New South Wales.
