Solicitor John Birch of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented John Michael Birch with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to release the total amount of $12,034.80 held in the law practice’s trust account to the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with Birch Partners at 10-12 Woodville Street in Hurstville, New South Wales.
