Attorney Sean Porter of Chagrin Falls, OH; dimwitted liar

The state of Ohio presented Sean Richard Porter with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Sean guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a third person
• Illegally practiced in a jurisdiction that he wasn’t licensed to so act
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Committed an illegal act reflecting adversely on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Forged an affiant’s name on an affidavit
• Submitted multiple (10) affidavits in which he forged the affiant’s name and the notarized the forged signatures, 9 in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, and 1 in the Geauga County Juvenile Court
• Knowingly made a false statement to a trial judge (Up yours, said Sean!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Sean by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
