Attorney Lawrence Mauk of Denver, CO; ethical troll

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Lawrence Mauk with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Larry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Unlawfully obstructed another party’s access to evidence
• Failed to make a reasonably diligent effort to comply with a legally proper discovery request by an opposing party
• Following a sanctions hearing, the court apportioned $1.2 million in liability to Larry, his co-counsel, and his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Larry fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.tslawpc.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Larry practices his so-called brand of law with Tiemeir Stich PC at 1000 East 16th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
