Attorney Theodore Scollie of Ontario, CAN; dimwitted loser
The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedTheodore Lee Scollie with a law license in 1971 after she graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.
The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Ontario found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
-
Failed to provide quality services in relation to a share purchase transaction of a company on behalf of his client
-
Misappropriated (stole) a total of $27,372.42 of proceeds of a sale received and held in trust on behalf of clients of another partner in his firm
-
Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two or more clients
-
Mishandled trust funds by removing said trust funds without first delivering a fee billing
-
Accessed and made use of confidential and solicitor-client privileged information, including the files of the clients of another partner in his firm
-
Disbursed trust funds belonging to clients of another partner in his firm in a manner that was contrary to the clients’ instructions and that preferred the interests of Teddy’s client and the firm
All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Teddy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee.
As we speak (ca. June 2022), Teddy practices his so-called brand of law with Ericksons LLP at 291 Court Street South in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
