Attorney Kathleen Skullney of Granite, MD; moronic loser

The state of Maryland presented Kathleen with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kathy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to represent her client competently (moron)
  • Failed to adequately communicate with her client
  • Failed to communicate to her client the scope of the representation and the basis or rate of the fee and expenses for which her client would be responsible before or within a reasonable time after commencing the representation
  • Entered into a business transaction with a client without first obtaining the client’s informed consent
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Les by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Kathy practices her so-called brand of law at 2201 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
