Attorney John Salgado of Frankfurt, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented John Henry Salgado with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission Office found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Johnny converted over $38,000 that he was supposed to hold for a third party in a real estate transaction by giving it to another client without the third party’s consent (cheater)
• Failed to maintain appropriate trust accounting records
