Attorney David Woodward of Pensacola, FL; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Florida provided David Luther Woodward with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

It should be noted that his wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Florida State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Davey!)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to respond to two Orders to Show Cause issued by Circuit Court (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Victims of Davey’s misconduct were especially vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 75-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $1,456.75. 

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Offices of David Luther Woodward at 1415 Lemhurst Road in Pensacola, Florida.
