Attorney Scott Walker of Eagle Mountain, UT; moronic loser

The State of Utah presented Scott C. Walker with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Scotty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed toattend a pre-trial conference on client’s behalf
  • Failed to keep his address current
  • Failed to file a motion to set aside monetary judgment rendered against his client
  • Failed to stay in contact with his client
  • Failed to keep his client advised of the status of the case
  • Failed toexplain the default judgment to the extent reasonably necessary to allow his client to make informed decisions
  • Failed togive his client notice of his personal circumstances which required termination of representation and took no steps to protect his client’s interests after termination
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Scotty!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brad fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bradandersonlegal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Scotty practices his so-called brand of law at 7583 Naomi Lane in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
