Attorney Hrant Norsigian Jr. of O’Fallon, IL; ethical misfit

The state of Illinois presented Hrant Norsigian Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Washington University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission Office found Hrant guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly made disbursements from his client trust account before the appropriate funds had been deposited into the account
• Failed to keep required trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary 12 month term of probation.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Hrant does not mention the misconduct alluded to above on his website at www.norsigianlaw.com.  Apparently, Hrant chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Hrant practices his so-called brand of law with Norsigian Law PLLC at 220 East State Street in O’Fallon, Illinois.
