Attorney Neal Pomper of Highland Park, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Neal M. Pomper with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Neal guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

It should be noted that this wasn’t Neal’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary censure and one complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in numerous recordkeeping violations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Neal by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Neal practices his so-called brand of law with Law Champs LLC at 611 South Park Avenue in Highland Park, New Jersey.
