Attorney Samuel Nalli of Columbia, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Samuel Sudhaker Nalli with a law license in 1999 he graduated from Catholic University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Sammy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain unearned fees in an attorney trust account
• Failed to take steps to protect his client’s interest upon being terminated
• Failed to make required deposits in an attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sammy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.howardcountyattorney.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Sammy practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Samuel S. Nalli at 5501 Twin Knolls Road in Columbia, Maryland.
