Attorney Andre Rabideau of Smyrna, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee provided presented Andre Chase Rabideau with a law license in 2019 after he graduated from Belmont University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Andre guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline/terminate client representation when required to so act
• Lied to his client that he had filed lawsuit on client’s behalf
• Failed to take any action in pursuit of his client’s claims
• Failed to return client file to client upon being terminated
• Reimburse client $750

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary censure and ordered to reimburse his former client $750.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Andre practices his so-called brand of law at 313 Enon Springs Road East in Smyrna, Tennessee.
