Attorney Brette Healy of Atlanta, GA; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Brette Baldini Healy with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Brette guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Employed as in-house counsel in Georgia for seven years while her license was suspended
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brette by gifting her with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Brette practices her so-called brand of law at 1898 Spring Avenue NW in Atlanta, Georgia.
