Judge Craig Jones of Rock Springs, WY; incompetent loser

The state of Wyoming presented Craig L. Jones with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Matt Mead was duped into appointing Craig as a District Court judge in 2013. Craig didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Rock Springs area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The most recent (ca. 2022) retention evaluation conducted by the Wyoming State Bar Association Judicial Advisory Poll resulted in the following results for Judge Jones. 

• Knowledge of the law: 34.4% disapprove or strongly disapprove
• Open-mindedness and impartiality in judicial matters: 45.5% disapprove or strongly disapprove
• Courteousness and politeness: 42.4% disapprove or strongly disapprove
• Total in opposition = 58.6%

And lastly,the opinions of the attorneys polled clearly indicate that political appointments of judges in Wyoming and elsewhere are a recipe for having someone of Brown’s ilk ascending to the bench.

As we speak (ca. June 2022, Craig continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Circuit Court of the 3rd Judicial District, Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
