Attorney Amy Valletta of Sutton, MA; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Elizabeth Vacca with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Amy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Amy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objections in divorce case

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

Amy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to inform her self adequately of VA requirements to act as a fiduciary guardian of a disabled veteran
• Failed to notify VA of her appointment as guardian of disabled veteran
• Failed to obtain designation as veteran’s federal payee for purposes of receiving and administering the veteran’s benefits
• Failed to make periodic reports to the VA concerning her administration of the benefits
• Failed to timely make disbursements of veteran’s benefits she received
• Commingled veteran’s funds with her personal funds
• Failed to hold veteran’s s funds in a segregated account with interest payable for the veterans’ benefit
• Failed to reconcile her office trust account
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Amy practices her so-called brand of law at 36 Dewitt Road in Sutton, Massachusetts.
