Attorney Jennifer Sodaro of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical gnome

The state of Arizona presented Jennifer Prager Sodaro with a law license in 2017 after she graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in misconduct in multiple client matters
• Improperly communicated with a represented party
• Left represented party with a disparaging voicemail message about her attorney
• Sent a letter to a presiding judge in which she accused her opposing party and her counsel of lying
• Knowingly disbursed proceeds of a home sale without authorization

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Jenny practices her so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Jennifer Sodaro in Scottsdale, Arizona.
