Attorney Rishma Gupta of Toronto, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presentedRishma Visram Gupta with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Saskatchewan found Rishma guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to conduct herself in a way that maintains the integrity of the profession
• Engaged in inappropriate behavior with a client while in attendance for professional visitation at the Toronto South Detention Center
• Failed to fulfill her undertaking to the Law Society of Ontario

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Rishma by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Rishma practices his so-called brand of law at 2 Pardee Avenue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
