The state of California presented Gregory Emerson Stubbs with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of California Berkerly School of Law.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Convicted of hit and run with property damage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina State Bar failed to mete out any meaningful punishment to Greg.
