The state of California presented John Edward Rosenbaumwith a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in overreaching
• Misconduct significantly harmed a client
• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Attempted to conceal his misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina State Bar failed to mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
