Attorney Lesley Taafe of Ontario, CAN; idiotic loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedLesley Mary Taafe with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the Osgood Hall School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Ontario found Lesley guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Committed an assault upon a process server
• Withdrew client representation with neither good cause nor reasonable notice
• Failed to conduct herself in a way that maintains the integrity of the profession
• Misled Legal Aid Ontario by reporting that Client A was providing false information to LAO when Client A was not
• Failed to provide competent representation to several clients (idiot)
• Improperly inserted a term into an Offer to Settle document requiring that Client C withdraw her complaint to the Law Society of Ontario made against Lesley
• Failed to promptly respond to communications from opposing counsel
• Behaved dishonorably in a manner that was abusive and inconsistent with the proper tone of professional communications required of a licensee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Lesley by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Lesley practices her so-called brand of law with Taafe Law PC at 25 Colborne Street West in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
