Attorney Harold Widdison of Sioux City, IA; lying loser

The state of Iowa presented Harold K. Widdison with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Harry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made false statements to a tribunal
• Failed to properly manage his trust account
• Engaged in pursuing frivolous claims in his personal post-divorce litigation
• Made false statements regarding a judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Harry fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.widdisonlaw.net. Apparently, Harry decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Harry practices his so-called brand of law with the Widdison Law Office at 505 Fifth Street in Sioux City, Iowa.
