Attorney Wendy Satin of Chevy Chase, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Wendy L. Satin with a law license in 199    after she graduated from Catholic University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Wendy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to report another attorney’s professional misconduct
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to timely inform the Attorney Grievance Commission of her law partner’s condition that raised substantial questions as to his fitness as an attorney

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Wendy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Wendy fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.wendysatinlaw.com.  Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Wendy practices her so-called brand of law with Wendy Satin Law at 5910 Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
