Attorney Ralph Bryant Jr., NC; cheating loser

The state of North Carolina presented Ralph T. Bryant Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ralph misappropriated $64,847.00 held by him in trust and utilized those funds for his own personal benefit or for the benefit of a third patty without authorization from the beneficial owners of the funds.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Grievance Committee punished Ralph with a 6-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Ralph practices his so-called brand of law in Newport, North Carolina.
