The State of Illinois presented William B. Raines with a law license in 2020 after he graduated from Golden State University School of Law.

In one matter, high-profile criminal defense attorney Jennifer Bonjean filed an ethics complaint against Billy who she claims disparage her during a livestreamed video.

Apparently, Billy was unaware that his comments were being broadcast. Those comments about Ms. Bonjean were as follows.

“Can you imagine waking up next to her every day? Oh, my God!”

Because of his deplorable comment, Cook County Circuit Court Chief Judge Timothy Evans signed an order reassigning Billy to other duties that likely include paperwork.

In a lame attempt at levity, Billy was ordered to take sensitivity training and receive counseling on gender bias. An unreliable source indicated that Billy has opted to attend the Harvey Weinstein Gender Bias and Sensitivity Institute located in Beverly Hills, California.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board.
