Attorney Jose Bracamonte of Phoenix, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Arizona presented Jennifer Prager Sodaro with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Notre Dame University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jose guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed asylum applications without an indicated basis for asylum
• Canceled asylum interviews or advised his clients not to appear for asylum interviews
• Failed to demonstrate a clear intention to pursue an asylum claim
• Caused prejudice to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.
