Judge Jenny Rivera of Albany, NY; arrogant scofflaw

The state of New York presented Jenny Rivera with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from New York University (NYU) School of Law.

FYI: Jenny has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-six (36) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Albany area was about to offer her a good paying job .

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo was duped into appointing Jenny to sit on the New York Court of Appeals (highest court in New York) in 2013. Jenny didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater New York City area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Jenny decided to further her status as an Arrogant Ass and Scofflaw by refusing to comply with a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Jenny was one of four judges who refused to be vaccinated. Additionally, 103 workers in the court system were fired when they refused to comply with the vaccination mandate.

Because Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard then everyone else including the fired 103 court employees, Jenny was merely banned from appearing in the courthouse. As a result of the ban, Jenny will now be allowed to work from home while being paid an annual salary of $233,400.00 or $4,488.00 a week.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jenny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission based on an ethics complaint filed against her.

And lastly, regarding Jenny’s over-the-top arrogance, it is painfully clear that she is of the firm belief that her “bowel movement is without odor.”

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Jenny continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence from her home in Albany, New York.
