Attorney Yanky Brenner of Lakewood, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Yanky Brenner with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Yanky guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify clients or third parties of funds in which they have an interest
• Failed to promptly disburse funds owing to his clients or third parties
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Yanky by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Yanky Brenner at 15 Amnerica Avenue in Lakewood, New Jersey.
