Attorney Mark Jacobson of Ontario, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedMark Louis Jacobson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Ontario found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mark!)
• Failed to provide the required information despite multiple extensions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Osborne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $3,500.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 8800 Dufferin Street in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
