Attorney James Eufinger of Columbia, MO; dimwitted loser

The state of Alabama presented James Joseph Eufinger with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.  

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Untruthful in statements to others
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• On numerous occasions Jimmy attempted to collect or did collect amounts beyond what was allowed by the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.faberbrand.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with Faber & Brand LLC at 6750 New Town Avenue in Columbia, Missouri.
