Attorney Jill Aleshire of Naples, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Jill D. Aleshire a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jill guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Mistakenly reported to the Immigration Court that she had communicated with her client when she received a Notice of Master Calendar Hearing
• Failed to notify her client of a new hearing date
• Client failed to appear for new hearing date and immigration court ordered his removal
• Failed to notify client of deportation order
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jill by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Jill fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.gulfcoastlg.com.  Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Jill practices her so-called brand of law with Aleshire Immigration LLC at 2641 Airport Road in Naples, Florida.
