Attorney Jonathan Clemente of Cedar Knolls, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Jonathan D. Clemente with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Embarked on an improper business transaction with a client
  • Made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.cm-legal.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with Clemente Mueller PA in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.
