Judge Caryl Parker of Tempe, AZ; moronic liar, repeater

The state of Arizona presented Caryl Parker with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

In addition to practicing law, Caryl sits as a pro tem Judge for the Chandler Municipal Court.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Caryl guilty of the following misconduct.

While presiding over a hearing wherein a party was asking for an injunction involving an harassment claim,

Caryl was assigned to hear a harassment claim involving two parties, one from Arizona, the other from New Mexico. During the hearing she spoke on the phone with the party from New Mexico. After that call ended she continued to engage in ex parte communications in the courtroom with the party from Arizona. After the hearing concluded she illegally issued an injunction against the person in New Mexico.

After an ethics complaint was filed, the Commission asked Caryl to provide any legal authority that provided the Chandler Arizona Municipal Court with jurisdiction over someone in New Mexico. Of course the Dumbo couldn’t provide any such legal authority because none exists.

When the Commission asked Caryl to comment on her 10-minute ex parte communications at the hearing with the Arizona resident, the Dumbo denied it ever took place. The Moron makes this denial even though she knew the Commission was in possession of an audio recording of the hearing. Maybe the Moron actually believed that all of the Commission members were hearing challenged (aka, deaf).

As one could expect, this wasn’t Caryl’s 1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. She received a private advisory from the Commission in 2007. In 2010 Caryl received a private warning and two complimentary reprimands (three-fer).

As a consequence of her 4th trip to the Misfit Tree, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Caryl by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

All that’s left now is for the Arizona Supreme Court to review the non-punishment handed down by the Commission. Given Caryl’s track record, one would hope that the Court permanently revokes her law license.
