Judge John Michalski of Albany, NY; alleged tax cheat

The state of New York presented John L. Michalski with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Law.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct is currently (ca. April 2022) investigating Johnny for allegedly engaging in the following misconduct, all of which involves his relationship with Peter Grace Jr., owner of a strip club who has been arrested on federal charges of drug trafficking, sex trafficking and bribing a Drug Enforcement Administration agent.

  • Law enforcement officers raided Johnny’s home searching for evidence of tax crimes
  • Investigators are trying to determine whether an online retail clothing and jewelry business operated out of Johnny’s home has been following state and federal tax laws
  • Johnny received $5,000 to officiate at Mr. Gerace’s wedding even though rules prohibited him from accepting more than $100
  • Johnny’s ex-wife reportedly made the claim about the $5,000 on social media
  • On the same day that Mr. Grace was arrested, Johnny laid down on railroad track
  • The slow-moving train broke Johnny’s kneecap

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Johnny practices his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a judge on the New York Court of Claims in Albany, New York.
