Attorney Demian McGarry of Fairfax, VA; slacker, loser

The State of Virginia presented Demian J. McGarry with a law license in 2020 after he graduated from George Mason University of Southern California (USC) School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Demian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to consult with his client regarding relevant limitations on his conduct when he knew his client expected his assistance in a matter prohibited by the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Demian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Demian fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.curranmoher.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Demian practices his so-called brand of the law with Curran Moher Weis PC at 10300 Eaton Place in Fairfax, Virginia.
