Attorney Allen Stout of Angola, IN; bullying loser

The State of Indiana presented Allen Robert Stout with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Allen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Threatened to make a woman’s intimate photos part of the public record if she continued to seek a protective order against his client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• While taking the unrepresented woman’s deposition, Allen confronted her with several 8-by-10-inch color copies of intimate photos that she had sent Allen’s client during their relationship, displaying them facing up on the table for all in attendance to see
• Allen bragged to an associate that he had secured the dismissal of the woman’s attempt to secure a protective order by threatening to make the photos part of the public record
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Allen’s conduct was part of an intentional and purposeful plan he devised to coerce and bully the woman into dismissing her case under threat of having her intimate photos exposed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Allen fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.stoutlawgrouppc.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Allen practices his so-called brand of law with the Stout Law Group at 118 West Maumee Street in Angola, Indiana.
