Attorney Leah Mueller of New Berlin, WI; scamming loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Leah J. Poulos Mueller with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Marquette University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Leah guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pursued unwarranted claims
• Failed to obey a court order or rule (Up yours, said Leah!)
• Made a false statement to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Filed proposed court orders that she absolutely knew did not accurately reflect the court’s rulings
• Court ruled that Leah’s lawsuit was frivolous, granted costs and fees to the defendants

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Leah by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Leah practices her so-called brand of law with Poulos Mueller Attorneys at Law SC in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
