Attorney Andrew Garruto of Nutley, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Andrew Frank Garruto with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to correct deficiencies originally found in a 2009 random audit
• Said deficiencies were still present when Eddie was the subject of a 2018 random audit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Andy and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.garrutolaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with Garruto & Calabria at 609 Franklin Avenue in Nutley, New Jersey.
