Attorney Steven Ford Of Newberry, MI; pervert

 

During his tenure as a Superior Court judge, Steven Ford; also a minister at the time, proved to be an accomplished sexual harasser and porn surfer.

When Mackinac County Magistrate Judy St. Louis sought ministerial counseling, as she had in the past, with Steven Ford, the following conversation took place:
 
She complained to Steven that her fiancé was not affectionate during a trip to Atlantic City
Steven told her that if he was on vacation with her, he would stay in bed and make love to her all day (Isn’t that sweet?)
 
The Rev. engaged in the following conduct in his office when Ms. Louis appeared.
  • He left his chair, grabbed her around the waist, pulled her towards him, kissed her and then retired to his seat. (Whew, sounds like a lotta work, right?)
  • He inquired about her relationship with her fiancé and began rubbing her shoulders and neck. He then bent down and kissed her on the lips. (Is this guy a Saint or what?)
  • While Ms. Louis was standing at a computer, the Rev. approached her from the rear; pressed his pelvis against the back and side of her body and grabbed her by the buttocks.
  • The Rev. entered Ms. Louis’ office and said “If we were in a hot tub, I would be licking and kissing you all over.” As the Rev. made this comment, he rubbed her breasts for five seconds. (Cool it! It was only five seconds!)
While ministering to Ms. Danielson (another court employee) the Rev. repeatedly grabbed her buttocks. Subsequently, the touching/grabbing incidents increased to at least one per week. (Clearly she required more ministerial-counseling, right?)
 
The Rev. was also found guilty of viewing porn on the courthouse computer for well over two years. A forensic review of the Rev’s hard-drive (Whoa…bet that was painful!) Of course no criminal charges were ever lodged against the Right Reverend Steven Ford.
 
Unfortunately, the Michigan Supreme Court determined that Steven Ford was well-qualified to retain his law license. Steven Ford now practices in Newberry, Michigan. If you’re a woman seeking to hire an attorney in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I advise ya to steer clear of Steven Ford; however, if you’ve been arrested for sexual assault or fired for using your employer’s computer to surf for porn, then Steven’s your man.
