Solicitor Niall O’Kelly of Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Niall O’Kelly with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Niall guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

  • Failed to comply with an undertaking
  • Failed to furnish his client with an original indenture of a dated lease
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Niall!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Niall by gifting him with a complimentary censure, a fine of £500 and investigative costs of £500.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Brendan practices with Barry G. O'Meara & Co. Solicitors at Pembroke House on Pembroke Street in Cork, Ireland.
