The state of Pennsylvania provided Daniel Michael Dixon with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Engaged in multiple instances of misrepresentation to his client over one year period

Failed to provide competent representation (Ignoramus)

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation

Failed to comply with client information requests

Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal (Up yours, said Danny!)

Knowingly offered evidence that he knew to be false

Violated or attempted to violate rules of professional responsibility, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective as of March 4, 2022.
As we speak (ca. March 2022, Danny will resume his so-called practice of law with Murphy Maddren & Dixon LTD at 6 Dickinson Drive in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania in early 2023.
