Attorney Brooks Siegel of North Miami Beach, FL slacker, loser

The state of Idaho presented Brooks Richard Siegel with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Brooks guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client for extended periods of time
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Negligently violated his duty to his client
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Brooks by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
