Attorney Kellee Baker of Greenbelt, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Kellee Genean Baker with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Harvard University of Iowa School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kellee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• In a civil suit filed against Kellee, her real estate company, and her client, Kellee evaded service and failed to respond to the complaint until after default judgments were entered and writs of garnishment were issued against all defendants

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Kellee by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kellee fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.kblawfirm.blogspot.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Kellee practices her so-called brand of law with the KB Law Firm at 7600 Ora Glen Drive in Greenbelt, Maryland.
