Attorney Michael Jocken of Gettysburg, PA; cheating loser

 

The state of Pennsylvania provided Michael Scott Jocken with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Law School.

 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on Mikey’s honest, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Effectuated forty (4) unauthorized charges totaling $18,559.79 on his firm’s AMEX credit card to pay for his personal expenses (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective as of January 6, 2022. 

 

As we speak (ca. March 2022, Mikey will resume his so-called practice of law at 18 East Middle Street in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in early 2023.
