Attorney Chard Primmer of Omaha, NE; ethical misfit

The state of Nebraska presented Chard D. Primmer with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Chard guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of the client trust account
  • Failed to maintain a check register
  • Failed to keep client ledger balance sheets/cards
  • Failed to always give written notice and accounting of withdrawal to clients
  • Falsely certified in his annual reporting that the monthly reconciliations were completed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Chard by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Chard continues to practice his so-called brand of law with Primmer Law at 1904 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
