Former Judge Richard C. Fitterer of Moses Lake, WA; drunken loser

The state of Washington presented Richard C. Fitterer with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Puget Sound University

School of Law.

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took kplace while he was employed as a Grant County District Court Judge in Moses Lake.

  • Pled guilty of negligent driving a vehicle in the first degree
  • Initially charged with driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Instructed to recuse himself from any DUI cases upon request from any party appearing before him
  • Failed to comply with Washington criminal laws (scofflaw)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Dick practices his so-called brand of law at 322 North Crestview Drive in Moses Lake, Washington.
